When I started making my plan for Leasetool, I started by imagining what Real Estate Agents in today’s world would appreciate feature-wise.

Sure, there are the givens: Making leases, managing properties, tenants, owners - none of these are things I’d really call “features”.

Instead I thought, what is a real feature, something that would actually add convenience to the agent’s lives?

I started with making Leasetool mobile-friendly out of the box. No extra app to download and install - it’s just mobile friendly period. That means agent’s can do really cool things like:

 
• Make a lease on their phone and send it to all related parties.
 
• Take property photos on their phone and load them right into Leasetool
 
• Update bookings and send auto emails to reciprocating agencies

This is just for starters.
