Design Mockup

Earlier this year, invited me to submit a design to try and get awarded this large website design job.  I’ve never done a fashion magazine website and it sounded pretty neat so I said, "Hey, what the heck".

They had sent over some notes and how they wanted things reorganized etc, but for the most part things hadn’t changed at all.  I went ahead and just did my own thing:

The owners of the site said they loved it.  They wanted me to change some colors and not alter their logo (which I had slightly). I told them if they like it they should hire me as they wouldn’t be getting any more free design work. Fair, right? Yes.

They never called me back. How rude. I guess I’m not cut out for the world of fashion.
