301 Redirects

As I slowly use PHP more than ASP for my site coding, I can’t help but want to redo my own site in PHP. That of course will kill my search engine rankings since my current urls are things like ‘about.asp’, ‘work.asp’, etc…
The long term plan is to have search engine friendly urls instead, like ‘sitesbyjoe.com/about’ or ‘sitesbyjoe.com/work’.
