This week marked the grand opening of Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.  If you’re a local to Ocean City, NJ you’ve probably heard of Goldcoast Realty before but they, like Chris Clemans of Cape May, New Jersey have opted to flex the muscle of an international brand to help market their high-end listings.

Updating the visual design to match the Sotheby’s brand ended up involving flexing muscles of my own with some PHP to replace the pages on the old site that used frames with non-framed equivalents that still incorporated some of the third party information, like the Ginn Rental system and Ginn Sales modules.
